KVQA is committed to a policy of achieving total impartiality in its certification activities by implementation of system for management of impartiality

KVQA is committed to establish the system for management of impartiality complying with requirements as per ISO/IEC 17021-1:2015 and related standards and its review cum analysis annually.

KVQA is committed to respond to any threats to its impartiality arising from the actions of other persons, bodies or organisations.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned policies, the KVQA shall:


A. Observe the defined assignments and arrangements as well as complete the competent certification and audit services within the delivery time;

B. Meet the relevant legislative and regulatory requirements to maintain the licence of a certification body;

C. Prevent complaints from clients by assuring the process quality and continual improvement;

D. Make the client’s complaints/appeals an opportunity to improve its services

E. Bring up competent people with good personalities and capability by providing education and training;

F. Establish a computer aided audit documentation system for easy compiling and dispensing of the technical information

G. KVQA personnel together with its staff will be free from all commercial, financial and other pressure which might influence the certification services or conflict of interest

Management Policy

KVQA shall contribute to the improvement of management performance for its clients by providing them with the best services in certification and related activities, and strive to be a leading certification body in its kind.KVQA shall provide competitive certification and audit services by giving continuous confidence to all interested parties that the management system certified fulfils specified requirements as well as impartial and competent assessment.

Parties that have an interest include the clients, customers of organizations whose Management systems are certified, governmental authorities, non-government organizations, consumers and other members of the public, legal and regulatory authorities, parent organization, contractor, subcontractor, suppliers, contractors and subcontractors, workers' organizations (trade unions) and employers' organizations, owners, shareholders, clients, visitors, relatives of workers, local community and neighbours of the organization and the general public, customers, medical and other community services, media, academia, business associations and non-governmental organizations (NGOs), and OHSAS organizations and health-care professionals
